A graduate from Edith Cowan University, Perth majoring in Communication and Information Technology, teaching has always been Susan’s passion. She believes that by focusing on each learner’s unique personal needs and incorporating real-life situations, learners are more engaged and more likely to succeed in achieving their language learning objectives.

She believes that communicating effectively in Indonesian plays in important role while interacting with Indonesians, both in business and in social settings. Learning language is beyond memorizing vocabulary – it takes a lot of practice and discipline to really master a language.
