Rojak or Rujak is a traditional fruit and vegetable salad dish commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The term rojak also means “mixture” or “eclectic mix” in colloquial Malay.

In this workshop you will learn from scratch on how to make Indonesian rujak. Whether you’re curious about its taste or would like to make them at home, do join us for an afternoon of fun!
