ONE-TO-ONE/ TWO-TO-ONE LANGUAGE TRAINING
Memorandum of Understanding
1. I understand that by submitting this form, there will be no refunds should I choose to cancel or to withdraw from the abovementioned Indonesian Language Training.
2. I understand that I have the rights to a Money Back Guarantee if I am to inform the trainer by the end of the first lesson. Refund will be after deducting administrative charge of $50.
3. I understand that the unused lessons will expire 1 year counted from the day of the first lesson.
