Terms and Conditions
Learn Indonesian Asia is owned by MyLIA Pte. Ltd. You must read these Terms and Conditions carefully and you should not agree to these Terms and Conditions unless you fully understand and accept each one. These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between Learn Indonesian Asia and you. By using the services of Learn Indonesian Asia, you acknowledge agreement with such Terms and Conditions.
GROUP CLASS POLICIES
Payments
Full payments for all classes are to be made at least one day prior to the commencement of the class.
Transfer of Class (for non SkillsFuture Credit users)
Students may request for a transfer to another intake or an ongoing class of the same type as long as the request is made before commencement of the original class. After commencement of the class, no transfer or refund is allowed and the fees paid is non-refundable.
Makeup Classes
All students are entitled to 2 complimentary makeup classes throughout the course.
The makeup classes will be conducted via Zoom (1-hour makeup class for each session missed).
Additional fee applies for private makeup classes of minimum one hour at student’s preferred venue. Contact us for rates.
SkillsFuture
Students using SkillsFuture Credit is responsible to submit their claim to SkillsFuture on time. Learn Indonesian Asia accepts no responsibility or liability, if a claim is subsequently not approved by SkillsFuture. The full fees remain payable to “MyLIA Pte. Ltd” if SkillsFuture credit is not approved.
Students using the SkillsFuture Credit are not allowed to transfer to another class after the SkillsFuture Credit claim has been approved and the class has commenced.
Refund Policy
All students get 24 hours after the first class to get a refund for the class after deducting administration fee of S$50.
After 24 hours, no refunds will be offered. Strictly no refund or cancellation for students claiming for the SkillsFuture Credit.
